Changes to Password Reset Workflow

For users who log in by entering an email and password on the DevResults log in page as opposed to using Single Sign-On, we've upgraded the way in which users can manage passwords with an eye towards security.

If you are having trouble logging in, you can click the "Send password reset email" button and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password. The main difference is that we no longer send you your password in that email.

Please note: Owners are no longer able to set the password for a user -- you can send a password reset email to a user, but they will choose their own password. If your organization needs tighter control over user passwords, please reach out to us at help@devresults.com and we'll get you set up with Single Sign-On.
