Today we released a new feature to help manage enterprise user access across linked sites. Until now, giving an enterprise user access to a linked site required listing them as a user of that site. This feature lets you give automatic access to linked sites per user group. Users gain the same permissions on the linked sites as they have on the enterprise site. You can even elect to exclude individual linked sites from all automatic access.
To enable this feature for a group on your enterprise site, go to the Enterprise Roles section on the group's Permissions page. Check the box for "Enterprise Access".
